Clarksville Cove

Birthday Party Policies

• Admission for up to 20 people with 90-minute access to our party zone!
• The 20 party attendees must check in at the lobby kiosk with the name of the birthday child.
• Birthday child will receive a Cove t-shirt and a Cove cup with unlimited refills for the day.
• Reservations for birthday parties must be booked at least one week in advance.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• To book your party, return your completed form and full payment to the Clarksville Cove, or to the Clarksville Parks & Recreation Office located in Town Hall.
• There are no refunds, however you may reschedule your event if it is canceled due to inclement weather. The party must be rescheduled before the current pool season concludes.
• Decorations may be hung at the start of the party, but no pinatas, confetti, silly string, or water balloons are permitted.
• You and your visitors are free to relocate to another part of the facility to swim and play until closing time once your birthday zone time is finished.
• If you choose a birthday package that includes food, the food will be served to the birthday zone around 30 minutes after your scheduled party start time.
• Please keep in mind that no outside food or drinks are permitted at Clarksville Cove, with the exception of your birthday cake. You are welcome to bring your own cake (no ice cream cakes, however), and we will provide plates, napkins, and forks; all you need to bring is a serving utensil.
• You can download this form and submit it to the Clarksville Cove or the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Office with your completed form and full payment.
• If you submit this form online, it may take us up to 72 hours to respond, and the requested party date is not confirmed until you hear from us and have paid in full.
