Group Reservation Form

• Group pricing and reservations are available to groups of 20 or more people only.
• The group rate is $7.00 per person
• Group reservations must be made at least 1 week in advance.

• Full payment is due upon arrival and guests must enter the facility together as a group.
• Daycares, summer camps, and other youth groups may schedule visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
• Minimum ratio of adult to children is 1:8.
